2 different sizing

I love these nails and have been using for over a year. The last several refil packs of size 0 have 2 different sizes. It has a wide nail with a higher arch. The other size is a more narrow with a flatter arch. The second one is the one I had been using. This is very disheartening when I can’t use 90% of the pack.
