2.2. You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Product or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Product's source code.

3. Payment:

3.1. The Product must be purchased through the Company's authorized sales channels and in accordance with the specified payment terms.

3.2. All payments made for the Product are non-refundable, and you acknowledge that no physical product is provided, as the Product is a digital download.

4. Updates and Support:

4.1. The Company may provide updates or enhancements to the Product at its discretion.

4.2. Technical support may be available for the Product, as specified by the Company. Any support provided is subject to these Terms.

5. Privacy and Data:

5.1. The Company may collect and use personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available on the Company's website.

5.2. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when purchasing the Product.

6. Termination:

6.1. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Product at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms.

11.1. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Zaac Tak, doing business as "Painted Desert," regarding the sale and use of the Product, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

By purchasing and using Nail Maps, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions of Sale. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not purchase or use the Product.
