All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Painted Desert is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are marked delivered via tracking by postal/package services. This is out of our control. Customers now have the option to pay for Route Shipping Protection this will help with filing any claims with postal and package carriers if packages go missing or are damaged.
During a week of restocks processing time may take up to 4 days. We are working to shorten this time but please be patient as we are a small business.
All Nail Polish and Gel Polish ships via ground and will take longer to receive.
Orders containing a Backordered Product will ship with the back-ordered item when the item arrives and all items in the order are present.

We offer $7 flat rate shipping to USA.
Free Shipping for orders over $150 to USA
We are currently working to bring back international shipping. Please be patient while we integrate with our new fulfillment center. We are not shipping Gel Polish Products internationally.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Painted Desert is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at email@example.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
If you have concerns about the possibility of missing packages that are marked delivered please opt to purchase “signature required” to help ensure your delivery and for better cooperation from delivery and postal services.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Some carriers have limitations around shipping to P.O. Boxes. We currently use UPS to ship nail polish and gel polishes and they do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Due to the nature of our products and health concerns, all sales are final. No returns accepted. Please contact us with any questions you may have on your order.
